Specializing in facilities managem ent, I plan and direct tasks to ensure your organization is running smoothly. Levels of Administrative Services & Support available include: Light Administrative Support: This includes lower levels and more detailed administrative support to an individual, team, department, or organization. In this tier of support, I will aid in establishing and maintaining quality communications with partners, employees, and community connections via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams support. Prepare simple documents, reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. Managing of calendars and appointments of individuals, teams, departments, or an organization. Medium Administrative Support: This includes moderate levels and more detailed administrative support to an individual, team, department, or organization. In this tier of support, I will aid in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data related to specified projects and prepare documents, reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
