Adobe Reserva Viognier is a 100% Viognier white wine from Chile’s Central/Rapel Valleys produced by Emiliana, one of the country’s largest organic and biodynamic wine estates. It’s made from organically grown fruit hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented with careful temperature control in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity, with a small portion sometimes seeing French oak for texture. In the glass it typically shows a pale yellow to golden hue and delivers an aromatic bouquet of white peach, nectarine, orange blossom, honeysuckle and jasmine, with hints of apricot and subtle spice.
