The Adom Shell Drops begin with something that might otherwise be discarded—a coconut shell. Our Fair Trade partner, Akooshi, transforms these shells by hand into beautiful wearable art, giving new life to a natural material through Ghanaian craftsmanship. Each pair features the Duafe symbol, an Adinkra symbol traditionally associated with cleanliness, feminine virtues, care, and nurturing. Its meaning makes these earrings especially beautiful as a thoughtful gift—or as a reminder to carry kindness, care, and grace with you. The Adom Shell Drops tell a story of renewal, creativity, and environmental responsibility. By choosing them, you’re celebrating Ghanaian artistry while supporting the communities where this craftsmanship continues to thrive.
