Unlimited phone and email support. 2 Meetings before birth (intake, cleaning, questions, establish Postnatal Plan) 1 Feeding support meeting and education 2 Family support meetings (questions, bonding assistance, postpartum plan reiteration, etc.) 1 Personal/Date Night (Any time between 4 -10 weeks postpartum an in home meal for 2 will be provided along with baby assistance for 3 hours. Allowing some time to unwind and refresh for parent(s) and support team. (Please, notify of any allergies or diet restrictions.) Available to clients until child has been in the home 8 weeks The care and services of this package can/will be modified for those with a surprise adoption or whom have adopted already and may need a little help.
