This stunning piece represents our planet Earth, the source of nature, from which we have been extracting many resources to develop industrial technology. It is an inspiration for future generations of jade carvers in Guatemala. Artist: JUAN ANTONIO CASTELLANOS Juan was born in 1981, in Antigua Guatemala. Still at a very young age, he had his first encounter with jade. At the age of 28, he traveled to Mexico and learned various skills from sculptors and artists. He completes his studies of high jewelry in artistic composition with teacher Dante Lopez. He participated in 2021 in the international Zu Zong contest in China. Show more
