However, they are designed to fit very well around your foot and have a very supportive footbed so they won't flop about or fall off when walking. How to choose the correct size: Please measure your feet at the end of the day. Through exercise and heat, feet swell most during the day. Measure from heel to toePlace your foot on a flat surface, leaning your heel against a wall. Next to your foot, place a ruler so that the ruler touches the wall as well.
