For this reason, the LIGHTNESS 3 Speedbag Light comes with the Advance Speedbag Step-In Aid included and already fitted. The Speedbag Step-In Aid makes it easy for you to get your first foot in the speedbag after take-off. Before take-off push the knot on the elastic Step-in aid under the lace of your left shoe/boot. After take-off pull the speedbag forward with your left foot, and put you right foot inside. LIGHTNESS 3 Windshield? To prioritise weight, the LIGHTNESS 3 Speedbag Light is not compatible with the LIGHTNESS 3 Windshield, which is only compatible with LIGHTNESS 3 Speedbag Standard. LIGHTNESS 3 Cockpit Panel? The LIGHTNESS 3 Speedbag Light doesn't include the LIGHTNESS 3 Cockpit Panel. This is included with the LIGHTNESS 3 harness as standard, along with the LIGHTNESS 3 Speedbag Standard, and is also available to purchase as separately.
