When imagining the energetic or subtle body, the mystics and yogis of India and Tibet designed elaborate systems for navigating the body’s interior. These systems map the flow of breath, the animating force of prana, as it moves through our physical, mental and spiritual landscape. Join Noelle Connolly and special guest teachers Rachael Coopes, and Sarah Routhier for an examination of the energetic body that is both practical and poetic at BodyMindLife Surry Hills. Attain a deeper understanding of the Vayus, Bandhas, Breath, Chakras, and Koshas, and learn how to apply them to your practice and teaching through: Alignment Pranayama Sequencing Assisting Languaging Daily Flow: Each day will begin with an extended asana practice that incorporates the key themes of the training.
