Take your chef knife to the next level by learning some advanced cutting techniques. In this class, you will learn to use your knife to completely take apart a whole chicken. We’ll teach you to spatchcock, de-bone and filet a whole chicken. Practise your carving techniques when you slice your finished chicken breast, served with a light green salad. We’ll even give you some tips for making delicious chicken stock from scratch. Everyone gets a whole chicken and takes home all the pieces not used in the class. This class is ideal for those who have already taken Fundamentals of Cooking or Know Your Chef Knife.
