What’s Included: 2 x 2-hour classes 2Kg of Clay Bisque firing (素烧) Glaze firing (釉烧): Choose from our wonderful selection of 30+ glazes. 2-3 finished pieces to collect Class 1: Wheel Throwing (2 Hours)Create your matcha set on the wheel, focusing on form, control, and consistency to achieve well-proportioned pieces. Class 2: Trimming & Refining (2 Hours)Refine your work by trimming the base, shaping the foot, and enhancing the overall form for a clean, professional finish. Option session: underglaze designIf you’d like to create your own unique designs with underglaze, you’re welcome to return once your pieces have completed bisque firing. You can book a studio access session to decorate your work using our range of underglaze colours. The session includes full use of underglaze colours, and a clear glaze will be professionally applied by our studio before the final firing. Or you can choose from our wonderful selection of 30+ glazes, we will apply the glaze for you. Perfect for those with prior experience, this course allows you to slow down, focus on detail, and produce a refined matcha set that is both functional and beautifully crafted. In the final 20 minutes, we’ll tidy up together and guide you in choosing a glaze to complete your pieces.
