How to apply Advantage® II for Cats Hold the applicator tube in an upright position facing away from you and your pet’s face and eyes. Pull the cap off the tube. Turn the cap around and place the other end of the cap back on the tube. Twist the cap to break the seal, and then remove the cap from the tube.
