I am a marketing professor at the Wharton School. I have also taught at Harvard Business School, Stanford School of Business, and INSEAD in France. I have had the privilege of work ing with more than 300 companies and in more than 30 countries. My research focuses on branding, survey research, competitive marketing strategies, marketing metrics, and product line decisions, among other issues. I have authored numerous articles in major marketing journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Research.
