If you are unsure about which tog to choose, here is a little advice which might help. Choose a higher tog for colder rooms or if you feel the cold, and a lower tog for warmer clim ates or if you overheat at night: 4.5 tog - light and airy, ideal for summer or warm sleepers 9-10.5 tog - medium weight, perfect for the spring and autumn months 13.5 tog - extra warm, best for winter or cooler bedrooms All our bedding is made to order so please allow 3 weeks for production.
