Our DW Fitness programme focuses on improving your Aerobic and Anaerobic Fitness, sessions are tailored to your testing results and gradually get harder week by week. This is our h ardest programme and is recommended for people with a decent fitness base and are serious about training hard. Age 15+ 2 x 60min training sessions each week (1 x weekday, and 1 x weekend) Gym programme Running programme Stretching and Mobility Programme Program Dates: Oct 20th - Dec 13th 2026 8 Weeks Total Week 1: Testing Week Week 2-7: Individual Based Training in Group sessions Week 8: Re-Test Training Times: Session 1: Tuesday 6:15 - 7.15 pm, Wednesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm Session 2: Saturday 9.30-10.30am, Sunday 9.30-10.30am *last year’s venues were Burnside high school, Burnside park, and Nunweek park.
