Keep your Factory Amplifier When Changing to an Aftermarket Headunit Steering Wheel Control Harness (SWC) adapters allow use of a vehicles factory steering wheel audio controls with an aftermarket source unit by converting the commands to a code that an aftermarket head unit can recognize. The AXADBOX1 & AXADBOX2 are an Auto Detect replacement data interface that retains many of the factory audio features on your vehicle when used with a compatible AD vehicle patch lead. Once you have your SWC harness selected to suit your specific vehicle, you then need to to select the secondary harness with patch lead based on the head unit brand and its connector.
