A highly concentrated supplement of strontium, one of the most important elements needed for the growth of both hard and soft corals. This element supports the formation of coral s keletal tissue by improving calcium absorption. Because strontium is removed by skimmers and filtration media in closed aquarium systems, it is important to supplement this element regularly. The AF Lab Strontium formula has been enriched with barium to mimic natural seawater chemistry.
