It provides a level of performance suitable for intermediate to expert levels in various disciplines. This wing has a slightly larger span than a SILK 850 but a much larger aspect ratio, giving it versatile performance. ENDURO 900 This is the all-terrain wing of the range. It is perfectly suited for a multitude of practices: downwind carving, wingfoil freefly carving, small wave surf foil, experienced dockstart. We like to compare it to the SILK 1050 known for its radical curve triggers in powerful waves, comparable to a shortboard. The Enduro 900 is smoother in carving, comparable to a longboard. ENDURO 1100 Like its big sister, the Enduro 1100 meets the same expectations for smaller builds. This wing combines lift at low speeds, ease of use, and the ability to carve in small conditions. ENDURO 1300 The moderate surface area of 1300cm², coupled with an aspect ratio of 11 (span 1190mm), makes it an ultra-efficient light wind wing that optimizes lift and glide at low speeds. It is ideal for downwind or freefly in marginal conditions and/or for dockstart/pumping practices. AFS Silk HA Stab These HA stabilizers express their full potential at low and medium speeds. They therefore facilitate the pumping and relaunch phases after maneuvers. The dihedral and outline provide very good maneuverability, ideal for carving at low and medium speed. The thin profile also gives very good gliding abilities at higher speeds or downwind. These stabilizers are particularly well suited for the SILK range but also for all AFS front wing models. AFS Silk Stab On the SILK 132, 142, 152, the compact outline and the marked dihedral will allow to optimize the transitions from one rail to the other. AFS UHM Carbon Masts Sizes: 75cm | 80cm | 85cm AFS Advanced UHM masts are a real masterpiece in terms of composite materials and know-how. Total control Building on the expertise of our Performer UHM masts, the goal of this new design was to push all boundaries and provide even more sensations while gliding. Each size has been uniquely designed. Choose the one Available in 75 cm, 80 cm, 85 cm, and 95 cm, the UHM carbon mast is ready for all disciplines: surfing, downwind, wing, kite, and SUP. The plate is directly integrated into the mast. It can be connected to virtually any board on the market equipped with the double US rail system. The chord of these masts has been reduced compared to the Performer UHM masts. In comparison, an aluminum mast with equivalent rigidity measures approximately 19 mm and weighs twice as much. This results in a reactive, smooth, and playful foil. Their shape is the result of a perfect equation between minimal thickness, reduced chord, and lightweight yet rigid construction. The UHM masts are made with a high-end multi-layer UHM carbon construction, which gives them exceptional lightness and rigidity. In fact, UHM carbon fiber is up to twice as rigid as standard carbon fiber. Thanks to these characteristics, we can use less fiber to achieve superior rigidity, resulting in a lighter end product. The term UHM, which stands for Ultra High Modulus, refers to carbon that has a higher Young’s modulus than standard carbon, allowing it to maintain its shape under stress without deforming.
