It’s crafted from a proprietary 6X quality fur felt blend, giving it a substantial feel designed to hold its shape come rain or shine, and, as with all hats that come out of the factory in Texas, each Rancher is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort. The Rancher comes to us untouched, and we apply the Stetson Icon treatment at our shop: Aging, distressing, addition of a mulekick, and our own feather selection.
