Allergen: See ingredients in bold. Features: Suitable for vegetarian. Usage: Ideal for frying, sautéing. Preparation: FRY FROM DEFROST Med 4 mins Remove all packaging. Preheat 1tsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place squid in to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout cooking. Reduce heat if necessary. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Storage: Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. We do our best to dispatch the frozen/chilled item on next day delivery using temperature controlled packs. Products maybe defrosted when arriving to customer but still in good condition to cook on the same day.
