About the Ahlat Light Loungewear Set — Fit, Fabric & Care ▾ The lightest set we make: cream linen–cotton with a fine charcoal pinstripe, cut relaxed and worn either at home or straight out for coffee. The stripe is narrow enough to read as a shirt rather than as pyjamas, which is why this one tends to leave the house. What you get Short Set. Relaxed shirt with three-quarter sleeves and dropped shoulders, paired with shorts on a soft elasticated waistband. Pant Set. The same shirt with full-length sleeves, paired with ankle-length trousers. Side pockets on both pieces. Why linen and cotton Linen carries heat away rather than trapping it, which is what makes this wearable through a hot night; cotton keeps it soft immediately instead of needing several washes to break in. The blend softens further with every wash rather than thinning out. Fit Cut relaxed with dropped shoulders, so it sits loose across the body by design. Sizes run Small–Medium through X Large. Size up if you prefer the shirt longer or fuller through the body. Care Cold wash only, hang dry. No bleach and no fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and flattens the drape.
