Aida is a sturdy cotton fabric that has an even weave to it. It has larger visible holes which makes it easy to use because it has a clearer 'grid' to follow. It has a firmer textu re which means that it is easier to sew 'in hand', if you choose, rather than in a hoop or frame. Aida is suitable for all types of counted needlework. Every effort has been made to make a faithful representation of the fabric colour through the product photos. The colour may vary dependant on the quality of the photo available and the screen on which the product is viewed. Show more
