The AIM EVO5 Data Logger is the evolution of the traditional datalogger that, over the years has become a standard de facto acquisition system in a huge amount of championships. Even more compact than the EVO4S and with an aluminium body the EVO5 can be easily placed into any vehicle. Its configuration with the powerful RaceStudio3 software is simple and immediate. EVO 5 features significant improvements: Two multi-channel Motorsports connectors: simple and straightforward, one 37 pin connector for main applications (power, CAN, AiM CAN network, etc) and an optional 22 pin connector for additional functions like CAN2, digital outputs and more.... The internal SD card records all possible data you may ever need. The card is protected by a waterproof door equipped with a sensor closing all files when you open it, to prevent any data loss possibility. No way to have a faster data downloading: you remove the SD and... it is done! A USB connection is also available if preferred. EVO5 samples all the information you need: data coming from your vehicles ECU via CAN, RS232 or K-line, from the internal accelerometers and gyro, and from the GPS09 module included in the kit......and from analogue/digital inputs, external expansions as well as predefined math channels. Sensors can be connected to 8 configurable analogue channels, to the RPM input and to 4 wheel speed inputs. Configure the system and download your data over a secure 802.11 WiFi connection, even if your car is 100 meters far from you. Data recorded by the EVO5 can be downloaded to a PC and analysed with the professional Race Studio 3 Analysis software: graphs, histograms and tables will help you evaluate your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve your driving technique.
