Castle FY Powerlifting Club is raising funds to purchase a para powerlifting bench—a vital piece of equipment that makes strength training accessible to everyone, including athletes with disabilities. And because powerlifters don’t really train biceps (they don’t help the big three, after all), you might see me get tired and need to lie down halfway through the set! Every curl will be recorded—complete with a personal shout-out to each donor—and shared on our Facebook page.
