This turbo is a direct replacement 80mm for the Cat C15 3406B-E models as well as C15, with an estimated operating horsepower range of 550–700 HP. Air-Tec CAT turbos feature a Custom H80 BIG BORE shaft and bearings with an exclusive custom 360 thrust bearing, and the compressor inducer is machined with a radius for optimum airflow. This particular turbo is a Titanium Series unit — Titanium Series turbos come with a powder-coated compressor cover and chrome ceramic-coated exhaust housing. This turbo has shown great results in applications such as the C-15 (6NZ) at 800+ HP.
