Airless Element with Plug This 200-watt Airless Element with Plug is the replacement part for the airless plastic welder included with Polyvance's 6000 series, 8000 series, 8200 series, and 8300 series nitrogen plastic welders. It is also the replacement for the airless welder kits that have a plug (it is NOT a replacement for the Mini-Weld Model 7). The element is equipped with a plug at the end, allowing it to connect directly to the designated airless plastic welder outlet on Polyvance's nitrogen plastic welders. It can also be plugged directly into a standard wall outlet. Built with a durable ceramic core, this element offers exceptional longevity. During testing, it was cycled on for 30 minutes and off for 30 minutes, 24 times a day, over a 9-month period (6,500 cycles), and it never failed. When testing the element with a multi-meter, the resistance of the element should be in the range of 50 to 55 ohms. Should the ceramic core (6012C) ever need replacing, you can easily swap it out without having to replace the entire element.
