After numerous tests, DK opted for a Carbon Basalt construction, creating a super light yet rigid kiteboard. With a double concave and a center spine, this design ensures the softest landings and superior grip in flat water, while fins provide extra grip in choppy conditions. The Apex’s combination of speed and control is unmatched, thanks to its average rocker and center spine. The carbon construction makes the board slightly stiffer, offering greater control and a responsive, connected feel while remaining playful for smooth carves and a powerful take-off. The deck of the Apex V7 2022 includes two layers of woven basalt, a paulownia multizone biotech core, and ABS rails. The average rocker height allows you to ride well even in light wind conditions.
