Aji Pineapple - (Capsicum baccatum) The Aji Pineapple is a beautiful and rare yellow baccatum pepper with pendant shaped fruits that grow 2-3 inches long. Very similar to the Aji L emon Drop but have a slightly different taste reminiscent of a pineapple. Very fruity and sweet. Perfect for hot sauces. Also great for drying and making powder. The Aji Pineapple is very easy to grow and produces an enormous amount of peppers. They ripen from green to yellow and the bushy plant grows to about 2-3 feet tall on average.
