AK Quick Cement Extra Thin Refill contains the same Quick cement used in AK12001, supplied in a larger tin for topping up that product's bottle. An easy-open dispensing cap is provided to control the transfer into the smaller container. The fluid retains the very quick capillary behaviour intended for plastic track links and other small parts that need fast positioning, but the refill itself is a storage and dispensing container rather than a working bottle with an application brush. This is the Quick Cement Extra Thin refill specifically; it is not presented as a universal cement refill. The dispensing cap is designed to control filling of the smaller working bottle. No application brush is included with the refill tin. AK presents refilling the original bottle as a way to reuse the container and reduce waste. As with the working cement, a gap with missing plastic still requires filler rather than additional adhesive.
