AK11264 is a two-part oxidation kit for developing iron rust on models and dioramas. The effect comes from actual corrosion rather than a painted imitation: reactive particles with in the acrylic layer oxidise when the separate catalyst reaches them. This keeps the rust effect tied to a natural chemical reaction. The catalyst is AK11268, the same Oxidizing Agent included with the companion Verdigris Effect Kit. Includes 35 ml of AK11266 Iron Effect acrylic paint. A separate 17 ml bottle of AK11268 Oxidizing Agent completes the set. Suitable for modelling and craft projects. Show more
