Cardioid-Pattern Microphone Includes C480 B Power Module The C480 B Combo Reference Modular Condenser Microphone consists of the C480 B power module and CK61 ULS cardioid element. The CK61 element features a linear frequency response and cardioid polar pattern, offering directional pick up and suppression of off-axis ambient signals. The CK61 is designed for use with ambient and live sound recording and reinforcement, as well as studio recording. There are gold-plated connector pins for a high resistance to humidity and temperature extremes and an included W32 windscreen. The C480 B power module supplies 48V of phantom power, switchable attenuation, and low cut roll-off for minimizing low frequency noise and rumble. It is suitable for use with vocal and general instrument capturing in recording or sound reinforcement applications.
