The silver plated fish knife in the Albi pattern can be used in conjunction with a fish fork to easily separate meat from fish bones to serve it. Albi was created in 1968. It quick ly became a new Christofle classic; today it is the pattern that offers the largest selection of items. It takes its name from the French town of Albi, located between Toulouse and Bordeaux.
