Appellation: Ribera del Duero The only white varietal approved recently by the appellation of Ribera del Duero. Albillo is a grape with great personality, but is is also delicate a nd gentle. Mellow aromas and flavors of citrus, honeydew and pineapple make this a fresh easy to drink wine. The wine spends approx. 3-4 months on lees, which adds structure to the wine. In mouth it will feel unctuous or creamy. The wine also ages aprox. 4 months in barrel, which adds structure and some spices to the wine.
