Las Moradas de San Martin was longer on our list to visit. We had tried some of their wines and were a big fan of how winemaker Isabel Galindo makes these incredibly flavorful wines from native grapes from the Madrid region and works completely biological with heart for the nature. This Albillo Real is a 100% organic and vegan wine, harvested by hand and aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels. Its aromas evoke memories of fresh grapes, with an intense aroma of pears, dried apricots and sweet grapefruit peel.
