While the glaze takes most the visual show, there is a lot of craftsmanship to be seen in this pot besides. The low seated spout creates a swift and powerful pour, the perfectly size thin handles provides a feeling of elegance to the pice, and the side-ridged lid allows for easy take off and put on. The original clay can be seen inside the pot and under the lid, which is satisfyingly dark and a great match for the chosen glaze.
