Alchemy is a super color shift paint that goes from a Deep green-blue-purple and magenta, depending on what angle you are looking at it from, Can be used alone or on top of other colors.* best used on black or dark paper, especially to achieve the most brilliant color shift .Each and every watercolor I sell is lovingly made by me. I make sure to use ethically sourced pigments of the highest quality. I make my own binder and hand mull each pigment to binder until blended into the beautiful color you see in the images. I normally pour 3-4 layers (that can take up to a week or longer to dry between pours. This is done so that your paint will be fully cured. It is also a way I can keep an eye on any bubbles that tend to pop up a few hours after a pour has been done.Tips-Most shimmery/ glittery watercolors require extra water to activate and achieving a smooth thick consistency. Activate color by adding a few drops of water into the pan. (Don’t overload your pan with water (this can cause the watercolor to take longer to dry, which can cause mold if you close the tin and the paints are still wet. Give it a minute or 2 and swish the tip of your brush back and fourth in circular motions till the paint reaches a smooth flow. -This Color stands out brilliantly on black or dark paper, especially to achieve the most brilliant colorshift.All items on my shop are handmade with love by me!**Please note that the colors on the photos may slightly vary due to different lighting and monitor settings on the devices.*Important* Shipping informationUnfortunately where I live in Houston the weather can be extreme. The 100-103 weather on top of the crazy humidity we have can cause watercolor sets to melt. Something with the humidity and binder packed tight in a hot metal tin equals a waste of pigment, money, time and all the handwork I put into creating the best quality Paints. So if you order a Watercolor set from February - Early October your set may be individually packaged. I hate to have to that because I love making each and every watercolor set include something unique along with the aesthetic. So its best to unbox your watercolors, stick them in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then carefully unwrap and set up your set.I will include 10mm super thing and VERY STRONG magnets to each pan. (Unless specified) Please be careful with the Magnets. Even setting the tin on anything magnetic can attract these super strong magnets. They should never be pulled apart but rather slide them. Making sure not to have anything else close to the magnet then can cause it to snap back. This shouldn’t really be an issue since your magnets will already be adhered to the pan. I just like to make sure to provide as much detailed information as possible.I normally ship USPS and always provide a tracking number with each order. Its very rare that I don’t make sure to message the buyer once Ive shipped their goodies. Once I have provided the tracking information.
