With inspiration from the well-known trestle table, the Aldus is designed in quality materials with a maker’s feel as an elegant version of the practical dining table. The result i s a carefully crafted rectangular table with rounded edges that seats six to eight people. The table comes in Oiled Oak. Proper usage and maintenance is vital for getting the most out of valuable pieces. These pieces are made to last for generations, but just like everything else, they need a little care to get there. This table comes with an oil treatment. For daily cleaning, use a damp cloth firmly wrung and be sure to treat the entire surface evenly. The use of cleaning agents for daily cleaning is not recommended. Spills should be removed immediately to minimize risk of lasting spots. Oil treated products should be retreated 1-2 times a year, depending on the use, to keep the protective layer on the surface and maintain the aesthetic qualities from the oil. For further treatments, use suitable oil product and follow the instructions carefully. Natural Oil treatment can be purchased separately.
