The psoas ("so-as") is one of the big wonders of our bodies. We often hear about it, and professionals tell us it gets "tight." We can confirm that most people, whether office workers or professional athletes have some chronic tightness in their psoas muscles and it is holding them back. This can be tied to overuse (like heavy training) and/or limited movement (like sitting all day). A tight psoas has a broad impact on the body as a whole and in various locations, which can impact how you function. Well, meet your at-home professional therapist: The Mark. Why the Aletha Mark Works: Contrary to popular belief, stretching alone won't fix a tight psoas. The Mark eliminates tightness at the core of the hip flexor and quickly reduces strain in the legs, hips, and lower back.
