The concept of the project is primarily based on the study of the urban environment and street culture in each particular Russian city: Kaliningrad, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Sevastopol, Saratov, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.Only Russian artists with a “street background” take part in the project: 70 authors from 17 Russian cities. Thus, the task of the author of the project is to show a cross-section of the Russian street art, to present artists who have extensive experience of working on the street and collaborating with galleries and museums.
