Alchemist is the debut full-length release from Alexander IV, the jazz-rooted beat-making alias of Dutch producer and multi-instrumentalist Joris Feiertag. Best known for his dance floor-oriented work as Feiertag, Joris takes a more cinematic and introspective approach on this project, blending beat-driven production with live instrumentation, sample-based composition, and strong influences from soul and jazz.
