We’ve paired our crisp, white balsamic vinegar, aged up to 12 years in Modena, Italy, with the floral notes of the superlative Alfoos Mango for an amazing flavour sensation. Our recommended applications include dressing, vinaigrettes, salsa, ceviche, glaze, reduction, marinade, fruit salad, chicken, shrimp, pork or grilling. All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar. They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
