This bar uses 55% Belgian dark chocolate and is topped with toasted caramelised hazelnut nibs and chocolate coated coffee beans. Believe me, it’s super moreish. It uses my favourite Vietnamese milk chocolate (45%) and is topped with peanuts that have been roasted and coated in paprika. It’s spicy, nutty, crunchy and sweet.
