Pull back the spring-loaded lever and upon release, the pointer will start spinning. Then the answer you have been searching for will be revealed. Each of the teeth of the gear inside the compass has a different angle ensuring the same amount of force won't yield the same results each time. The balanced pointers give fair results even when the compass is in the vertical position or upside down. To change the dials pull on the pointer peg in the center to remove the current dial. You can print just on compass and print as many dials as you like. It has been designed in a minimalistic style that is easy to print and use. There are guiding shapes inside so you know where to place parts when assembling. Let us know in the comments. 🖨️ 3D Printing SettingsThe color changes are done in the slicer with a simple layer change. No need for a multi-material 3D printer. The food pieces have 3MF files available where the color changes are preset for you. I would recommend these settings:No supportsLayer height 0.15 mmInfill 15%It's also a good idea to print the spring on the same print bed with one of the larger pieces so the layers on the pegs have some time to cool off before the next layer.Here is a video of a special way you can make the pasta plate to decide what food to order. The ones you see in the pictures were printed from PLA filament but other materials would also work. I don't recommend SLA printing for this model. The compass is 125 mm in diameter. You can try printing it at a smaller scale but it has been tested only at 100% scale. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
