Black cumin seed oil, also known by its botanical name Nigela satvia, is a cold pressed oil that can be used in a variety of ways for treating allergies. Take 5-10 drops sublingually or mix in hot water to make a tea for daily use. It can also be applied directly to the skin for relief of allergy-related rashes.
