AlliSport Full Width XL Radiator Extra Large Capacity High Efficiency Alloy Radiator from AlliSport 70mm wider than standard. Suitable configurations for either Defender and Discov ery vehicles fitted with large front mount intercooler. Over 35% better cooling than standard using our special vacuum brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.This item includes an integral oil cooler. Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion. Less than half the weight of the standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are pressure tested before despatch. Allisport XL radiators are tested up to 30psi (roughly twice what the car pressure system runs). NOTE – this larger radiator is only suitable when using a front mounted intercooler design as it takes up some of the room (70mm) of where the original intercooler is mounted. * Please note that all "Special Order" AlliSport items are hand built, thus most products will have have a lead time of 10 to 26 weeks.
