Alluaudia procera - beautifully strong & robust plant; grown from a head cutting; currently 45cm tall from the edge of the pot; endemic to Madagascar; from my own succulent collect ion; stem-forming succulent; densely spiny with rows of leaves; the location should be as bright/sunny as possible all year round; avoid waterlogging at all costs; potted in a self-mixed permeable organic substrate; not hardy, repotting only desired in 2-3 years; not overfertilised, therefore robust & healthy (100% organic quality before quantity!), slow-growing (with growth in the first few years), slow growing (with the growth pause in winter); two-branched; enjoy this unique succulent beauty - "Alluaudia procera"!
