An American Pale Ale made for the Aussie thirst. Seriously, what does an American know about making a beer for the dry heat of an Australian summer, especially like the ones we experience in central Australia. Just ask us in The Alice what crisp and refreshing tastes like after the 10th day straight of 36 degrees... Finding refreshment is a daily necessity for us in the NT, so we’ve developed some mad skills to brew a truly thirst quenching beer. WHAT'S TO LIKEAlmost Summer is the go-to beer for many of our staff and locals. They know it hits the spot when needed the most - the middle of summer in The Alice. The strong bitterness mellowed with hints of honeydew and mango quenches the thirst like nothing else. We packed it with American Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops for exactly this reason. We ended up fast-carbing it in the cool room at the Jump Inn and had it ready about five minutes before go time!
