A simple herbal blend for busy days, noisy mornings, packed schedules, and the endless stream of things competing for your attention. Take when you need to slow down, find a little calm, or create some distance between yourself and the background noise. Things fall apart. You don't have to. Ingredients:Organic ashwagandha root, organic holy basil, organic milky oat tops, organic passionflower, organic lemon balm, organic skullcap, organic valerian root, cane alcohol (45–55%), purified water (reverse osmosis). Directions:Shake well before use. Take 2–3 droppers (2–3 mL) in a small cup of water, preferably between meals, up to 3 times daily. Adjust dosage as needed based on individual response. Show more
