Also called Aloo Paratha or Potato Roti. Premium soft flatbread with thin layer of seasoned mashed potato inlaid between the skins. Can be used (as is done traditionally) as a 'dip into' curries or sauces, or, it can be used as a wrapper for all types of fills. It is different to Indian Aloo Parathas which are smaller but thicker. Alima's Aloo Rotis are Caribbean style, larger, with a lot of mashed potato fill, but rolled thin.
