Such as Lazarus was brought back to life - so have a veritable fruit salad of grape varietals from Alpha Box's cellar. Stuff you would never expect to be blended together (16 varie tals from 12 different vintages), made using the Ripasso technique - where wine is re-fermented on grape skins (Nebbiolo in this case) to give it further depth and complexity.The result is surprisingly approachable, although it can be guaranteed you've never tasted a wine anything like this.Pair with a big ol' Meat and Cheese board.
