From a slightly cooler climate vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, Mistress is dedicated to all those who toil year-round and during vintage, such laborious devotion resulting in exqui site wines of remarkable complexity and richness. With a few vines imported all the way from Rioja, it is easy to see the real character of this wine coming through in this bottle, allowed to ripen a little longer on the vine thanks to the cool evening air.
